Rachael Treasure
is a brilliant young author with three best sellers to her name: Jillaroo,
The Stockman and Rouseabout. Indeed, she now
has such a following that Rouseabout needed to have a
reprint only 2 days after release! |
| The Stockman, although
partly fictitious, is based on the origins of the
Australian Kelpie and is a great read, suitable for Kelpie lovers of all
ages. |
| But Rachael is not just an
accomplished author. She is a country girl, wife and a mother and farms
in Tasmania with her husband John where they raise merinos and prime
lambs and have two beautiful children. |

Stockman
|
Rachael and John are passionate about
Kelpies and Collies (which they breed and train) and the famous Waler
horses which sealed their reputations as that magnificent horse that
carried the Australian Light Horse Regiments. |
